Beta #3 RESULTS

Well, we went from 354 on Friday to 3,665 today.  That's a doubling time of 35.59 hours or 1.48 days.  We're movin' on up!  My first ultrasound isn't until March 30 (assuming everything goes smoothly, I'll be 8 weeks).  Why does that seem so crazy far away?  I feel like everyone else gets a 6 week ultrasound.  {commence tantrum}  But hell, I've waited much longer than 3 weeks for something before, right?

Tonight and tomorrow night will be my final PIO shots (which is FAB because my backside is just 2 huge knots of oil)!!  I start the progesterone inserts tonight.  Who'd of thought I'd be so thrilled about the equivalent of a suppository?  Should be a whole new level of exciting...

  3. That beta is a beaut! Is there no way they can give you a 6 or 7 week u/s? I would ask! It's good to see another lovely lady get her bfp.

  4. That is a crazy high number! Congrats :) I had my u/s at 5 and 7 weeks before I graduated to my obgyn and had to wait until 12 weeks, THAT was a long wait let me tell you!

  5. Yay! The suppositories bothered me until I figured out the right underwear/panty liner combo. It has to be easier than PIO!

  6. I didn't get a third beta, but my doubling time between my first and second was about 1.5 days too. Good luck waiting for your first ultrasound. Your RE must be confident about the pregnancy. Don't hesitate to call your RE if you are freaking out in the mean time though. They are used to crazy hormonal pregnant ladies and usually do a good job talking you down.

  8. Congrats!! Your betas look like mine! :) Good luck hanging in there until the 30th. I'm also surprised they don't give you an earlier one. I also switched from PIO to Endometrin and what a good switch it was. xo

  9. That's an awesome beta! Congrats...sorry about the knots on the bum but the suppositories will eliminate that all together so there is a sort of bright side. Good luck waiting for the u/s.

  10. Gorgeous beta! Strong little guy(s) for sure! So happy for you. And omg I can't believe you have to wait until 8 weeks for your ultrasound!!!! In some ways great as it will give you a really good idea and you don't have to worry about no heartbeat yet etc, but in other ways - that is a LONG wait!!!! The ultrasound wait was the longest for sure and we only waited until 6w4d!
